Embracing a positive approach within an integrative framework, Christina, a certified Functional Medicine specialist. She explores the physical, biological and at times the more emotional aspects of health problems. Her extensive postgraduate studies in auto immunity, allergies and gut health assesses if a person is suffering from CIRS.
Christina studied tropical medicine at Imperial College London, biochemistry at Kings College London, and completed her training at the University of Southern California. She studied nutrition at the Bernard Jensen college of naturopathy and biological medicine at the Paracelcus clinic Switzerland. She is a certified functional medicine practitioner and nutritional therapist. Her fascination for gut health led to co-ordinated trials with Great Ormond Street hospital, London for inflammatory bowel disease. (2004) She is a certified practitioner consultant in bioenergetics, light and dark field blood analysis and scenar. She maintains advanced CPD training and research inimmunotherapy and lymphocyte typing, IBD and CIRS to provide an all round state of the art care for immune compromised individuals.

in 1991 Christina survived hemorrhagic Dengue's fever. She suffered from encephalitis and spinal cord damage, 5 stomach ulcers plus a subsequent diagnosis with the autoimmune disease Lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus) over the following years she suffered 7 miscarriages. Christina understands only too well the pain and unhappiness caused by illness and disease.
It isn't a mission, but her passion to inspire and encourage dynamic health and well lived happy life.
She has helped transform the lives of legions of people struggling with exhaustion, compromised immunity, Lyme Disease, autoimmune diseases, chronic fatigue (CFS) acute and chronic digestive disease (IBD,SIBO). Additionally, Christina has worked in conjunction with Great Ormond Street, Birmingham children's hospital and Harley Street clinic on inflammatory bowel disease.

She spends hundreds of hours each year maintaining CPD requirements. She mentors on NES health, systemic lupus erythematosus and post tropical viral exposure as well as being an active participant in professional forums. She is a passionate enquirer on understanding research, diagnosis and/or cure for neglected tropical diseases (NTD)

Christina was one of the pioneering volunteer physicians supporting the Syrian refugee crisis in Lesbos, Greece. This led to the conception of her small charity BlondAid Foundation.
During 2015, she climbed the foot hills of the Himalayas, completed the night marathon for London homeless and in 2017 ice climbed in the Arctic.
A 2 week Saharan desert trek was planned in October 2021 but was postponed due to the pandemic..
In March 2022 within 2.5 weeks Christina and her team filled an articulated lorry sending much needed general supplies over the Polish border and into the Ukraine.
When time allows, she continues to fundraise for urgently required specific medical supplies supporting the war strickened medical communities and orphanages.
